Employer FAQ
Do you work with companies that have never sponsored an H-1B before?
Yes. Most of our employers are first-time sponsors. We walk you through what the H-1B program requires of the company, prepare the LCA and petition, and a licensed immigration attorney reviews everything before filing.
Are government filing fees included in your price?
No. Our flat fee covers preparation, attorney review, and filing. USCIS and DOL government fees are paid separately and depend on your company size and case type. Use our free H-1B cost calculator to estimate the total.
Can you handle an H-1B transfer for a candidate we're hiring?
Yes. If a candidate already holds H-1B status, we prepare and file the transfer (change-of-employer) petition so they can start on receipt in most cases. See our H-1B transfer guide for details.
How do we get visibility into cases as a corporate client?
Every case has a live employer dashboard: candidate documents, intake progress, LCA and petition milestones, and USCIS status. Candidates use their own portal, so HR is not chasing passport uploads over email.
How fast do you respond to RFEs?
We screen for common RFE triggers before filing. If USCIS issues an RFE, counsel prioritizes a same-business-day plan and targets a complete response within a few business days. RFE work is part of keeping the petition moving — not an open-ended hourly matter.
How fast can we get started?
You can create a case and invite your candidate the same day. Turnaround for preparation depends on how quickly the candidate completes intake and how the case is filed (regular vs. premium processing).
